Refund policy
At Cladessence, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our swimwear, jackets, dresses, shorts, pants, hoodies, and T-shirts. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.
Non-Eligible Items
Certain items cannot be returned if they are opened, used, or damaged. This includes, but is not limited to, items marked as final sale or clearance.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: [Return Address].
